If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. HOME cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

All custom orders, made to order items, flash sale items, furniture (excluding vintage), artwork, sale items, and chandeliers are final sale and cannot be returned.

In the instance a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, a credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. All credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card.

HOME Perks is our new loyalty program that lets you earn perks on purchases that you can redeem for rewards both in store and online at It's free to join! For every dollar spent in-store or online, you'll earn points that can be redeemed towards purchases.

It's simple, just create an account online in order to join our rewards program.

You can earn perks by simply making a purchase online and in store for all in stock items. Earn extra perks for performing activities like creating an account, writing a review, following us on Instagram, liking us on Facebook, signing up for our mailing list, sharing your birthday, or referring friends. Simply log in and click 'Rewards' in the left menu. (Note: Custom orders not included in rewards program, only items in stock)

There are two ways to redeem Perks - online and in store. You may begin redeeming points towards purchases once you earn 3,000 perks. The maximum amount of points that can be redeemed towards a single purchase is 100,000 points. Online: Make sure you're logged into your account with your HOME Perks email to redeem your points at checkout. At checkout you'll see a slider to apply eligible points towards your purchase. In store: Provide your HOME Perks email to an associate in store at checkout. We'll take care of the rest!

Yes, the minimum order value must be $30 or more in order to redeem your HOME Perks. The maximum redemption towards a single order is 100,000 perks or $1,000.

If you return an item, your perks will be automatically added back to your account.

Yes, your Perks are good for 12 months.
